D-Day +2: An der Nordseeküste

During this Juliane took to Büsum to see the North Sea. The weather was again totally awesome and I was glad that the A/C was working in the train (though she disagreed). We spend around two hours in local trains and finally arrived in Büsum. Just 10 minutes of walking and we were already in the harbour.

First we went to see the beach and the "Watt".

At the beach.

After some laying in the Sun until it got way too hot and we went back to find some shadow & ice-cream.

Close to the harbour

There was also some funny guy from Chile doing all kinds of acrobatics tricks which was more or less interesting to a large group of people. He spoke barely any English nor German but it was funny :)

After the show the water had already returned so we decided to go and take a swim. The Sea was surprisingly warm! Was also first time for me to see jellyfishes in real life! Luckily these weren't the burning sort but I still kept my distance :o)

HDR of the beach later in the evening.

After the swim it was getting quite late so we headed back to the city, grabbed some food from an Imbiss (along with some Duff beer) and started the journey back to Hamburg.

So, a picture to sum the day:

And also some extra...
